Hi there. Sorry to hear that you're getting the rain. Over here in Devon, we have had a warning about how much rain we are going to get on Monday! :( This morning was beautiful and sunny and I was out cutting the grass, stripping off because it was so hot!! You're right, those flowers still look very pretty even in the rain. Enjoy the rest of the weekend.

Hi Fiona, We had rain earlier, and it's cloudy and dull. It's lovely to see the rain drops on the flowers. Have a great weekend!

Kwiaty ładnie w deszczu też wyglądają, byle nie było go za dużo.A Tobie przydały się z pewnością śniegowce w kwiaty z poprzedniego postu :-). Pozdrawiam

Hi Fiona, it may be raining there but you have got some beautiful shots there, the flowers look lovely.
Not raining here today but very grey and miserable, I think we have bypassed autumn and gone straight to winter. Hmmmph.

Hi Fiona, thank you for your kind comments. I love your photos and am inspired by your willingness to take them in the rain.
I never want to go out when it's raining and now I see all the beauty I'm missing.
Do you know the name of the plant with the orange berries ?

Mother nature takes her sustenance from rain, although there are times when I think she's being just that bit "greedy" with the amount of sustenance she needs!! ;)

Hi Fiona, Your pictures in the rain are lovely. I just spent a couple of days at Niagra Falls on the US/Canadian boarder taking pictures in the rain. I think they turned out great, but haven't got them on my computer yet. In fact I'm not even home from vacation yet. Will post some pics in a few day.

The flowers with their raindrop jewels are beautiful to behold! We've been in such a long drought in Texas that even a little shower is a wonderful thing right now! Lovely photos!

Thank you Fiona,
for giving me a bit of Ireland today . . . you have reminded me of the rain and the flower beauty. I am wondering the name of the red/orange berry plant? My favorite when I have visited is Crocosmia . . .

Oh my the tears are in my eyes I miss your green vistas and kind, loving people.
Love, Lynne
