oh dear..........

......it is 10am on a dull windy Wednesday

and......

I am still in bed!!!

Woke at 7.15am went downstairs and made a pot of tea
brought it back up to bed,
flicked through my magazines
looked at my lovely new cookbook
watched a little daytime tv
played around with my laptop
and..............

it is just pure heaven!!!!

Just as well I am back to work next week because I could get very used to
this way of life!!

Here is a photo from outside my bedroom window.

Happy Wednesday all

I'm jealous! Our half-term was last week so it's back to school for me this week.

Enjoy your rest!

A lovely relaxing rural scene. No wonder you enjoyed taking a slow start to your day! The countryside is a delight to just watch and enjoy.

Oh Fiona...if only I could wish myself right there with you nudge you over and join in a cuppa and gaze out your window at that beautiful sight! Enjoy your view, I'll be daydreaming of it all day!

That is such a lovely scene from your window. You obviously live in a rural area just as I do. Aren't we lucky to be surrounded by fields?! What a wonderful way to spend a dull, dreary morning. Good for you!

That sounds lovely--I find staying in bed with a good book and a cup of tea to be such a treat, and also refreshing. Love the cow.

Hello, Dear Fiona. (this is Orchid)
Blissful, Relaxing Morning you had♡♡♡
Yes, lovely deer and "Oh, dear"
I'm teaching English for school students at home. Junior high school students' one of
common misspelling for test is "Deer for Dear". For 12 years old, learning correct spelling and homonym is a bit hard (^^;)
I have many mistakes writing this blog myself, but having fun with friends.
Thank you for stopping by and sweet comment, looking forward to reading your blog♬♬♬
Love and Lots of Hugs to you, Orchid*

Hi Fiona, the perfect way to spend a wet and miserable Wednesday morning, you've got to take these opportunities when they present themselves!
Thanks for your vist and lovely remarks. So sorry I upset you with christmassey pictures. If it's any consolation I haven't bought a single prezzie. I am not really geared up for it yet. Trouble is it has a way of sneaking up on us, doesn't it? Hope you had a lovely time in town? By the way, I am very jealous of your view, I would love that. Have a lovely weekend, love Linda x

That sounds like the perfect way to spend a day! I wonder why we can't have such days more often? I love the view from your window. That would give me all the reason I needed to stay in bed longer :)
