Hello my lovely blogging friends.
Just to let you know that I have not been visiting or commenting on blogs or indeed had time to blog

(she is a terrible patient and can't bear to be confined...)
Hopefully I will catch up with you in a few days.
Thanks to all of you for linking up with ....
The object of the link up
is to post a photograph of something green.
The photos can be of anything you like
once they have a green theme,
green fields, pretty green things, green clothes,
green leaves, green foods,
green leaves, green foods,
anything at all that takes your fancy!
I hope that you will join in the fun.

Hello Fiona, Sorry to hear your mum is unwell. My mum is 82 years old and is very independent and hates being reliant on people when she is unwell. I hope your mum feels better soon. Best Wishes Daphne

I hope your mom will be feeling better soon . . . slipped disc has tremendous discomfort and brings life to a stop. For someone like your mom, with so much energy and "spunk", I can imagine It is very difficult. Thanks to you, sweet daughter, to be there for her and be a help to return her to her usual pace. May life and living "be well" soon Fiona!

I am sorry to hear about your mother!
Your blog header is beautiful.
Oh, that can be very painful! Hope the docs are able to do something about it (meaning she'll be out of pain!) I had backproblems and www.losethebackpain.com helped me a great deal - no more pain and can move like before -worth a try!
Fiona, sorry to hear about your mom. I hope she is better soon. Don't feel bad about not posting or visiting. I am way behind and trying to catch up. Sorry I have linked up for a couple of weeks.
Dear Fiona, so sorry to hear about your mother. My back has been killing me for some time, too, so I can sympathize. Hope she feels better soon. Thanks for hosting, I was happy to be able to join in this week. xo
Oh no! back pain is one of the most painful and annoying injuries and a slipped disk is the worst..I remember my dad being laid up with a slipped disk when I was a kid..I can still remember what a sorry sight he was. He is a terrible patient too and goes stir crazy if confined! Hope she feels better soon, take care of yourself too xx
Hope your mom is improving Fiona. I'm taking a blogging break (from my Blogger blog) and working on my actual website I might of linked this idea up before but now it is on my own site.
I am sorry to hear about your mother..
I hope she will get better soon..
I hope your mom feels better soon, and that you are taking care of yourself too.
I love the idea of "Green Day" - I found you through Gemma's post.

Fiona...thinking about you and your mum. Back pain is excruciating. Bless you for being there for her. Be kind to yourself too. Caregiving can be draining. Hope things turn around soon.

Hello to you. Glad that we have found each other. Linkup starts on Friday at 6am Irish time. Am looking foward to seeing your photos. Have a great week. Fiona
Sorry to hear your Mum is not well. Lots of patience to you ;D)
Dear Fiona,
I hope your Mum is now getting some relief from her back pain. So hard to get into a comfortable position.
Do you have someone who can help take over now and then, so that you can get out and have a break?
Take care,
Betty
I've been rather absent myself. I hope your mother has been healing nicely since you've posted this, Fiona. She's fortunate to have you to care for her.
-Karen
I hope your mother is feeling better by now, Fiona. (and that it's getting a little easier for you!) :)
