Weightwatchers Tea Brack.













12oz (340g) dried fruit
8oz (230g) self raising flour
1 beaten egg
Half teaspoon mixed spice
Half teaspoon nutmeg
1 mug of cold tea.

Method

Steep fruit in cold tea overnight
Add all ingredients
Put mixture into a 2lb loaf tin
One hour in oven at 170 / 350f

This loaf is ideal for someone like me who likes to
have something sweet to eat when having a cup of tea!

The recipe is foolproof too!
