Oh that sounds tasty. We are having a curry - not as nice as stew :( How is your weather - we are having rain, rain and some more rain. Fed up with it now!!! Enjoy your dinner :))
Sounds like the perfect meal! I bought all the fixings for stew two weeks ago and our weather turned back to summer so I'm still waiting to make it. :)
I would love to know what goes into an Irish stew! But I am sure it is so delightful to warm one after an autumn rain! And seeing how we are getting some autumn rain today, it does sound so delicious! Enjoy!
The stew sounds wonderful but it is still too hot here. We are having August weather in October here in Minnesota. Can you send some rain our way. We need it. Enjoy the stew. Barb
I love stew and soups in the cold weather. Something about the smell, the warmth coming from the kitchen. But I'm holding onto my beach time for dear life still! Not ready for stew or soup yet! Hugs!
Something warm and comforting about stew simmering on the stove. Fall is definitely here with a chill in the air in the morning. Have a lovely weekend. Mickie :)
Fiona, I just found you on another blog . . . and can't remember which one . . . sorry. (It might have been the Run Around Ranch?) I clicked on you because you spoke of weather in Ireland. We love your sweet land even in the rain. I am hoping you will enjoy a "few bright spots" today! Love, Lynne

Nigdy nie jadłam Waszego gulaszu. Wiem tylko, że to jest Wasze znane danie, a podstawa jest mięso jagnięce lub baranie. Pewno smaczne :-). Pozdrawiam

That is so well stated and I like the way you used the different colors. Sounds perfect for right now. Cold and rainy here. Have a warm weekend.
