Hello all
 after a lovely holiday
it is nice to be back home!

We had a very relaxing break in Lanzarote,
the sun shone, we drank, we ate, read
and we caught up on time together
Mr. Raindrops above- with the hairy legs,
not me
although my own are not much better!

Anyway the good news is that
we seem to have brought the sunshine home!!

 happy today because...

we have a blue sky
(even if it is a bit cloudy here in Ireland)!

the garden is full of  pretty flowers

am busy playing catch up
with household drudgery
but
it is great that the washing is outside
drying in a summer breeze

sad daughter is not so sad anymore
and her little heart is on the mend!

It is warm enough to wear my new top

a bunch of sunflowers for 2.99

a walk by the lake this morning

♥  a quiet sit down here

home for a cup of tea!

♥ but best of all sleeping in my own bed,
there is absolutely nothing like your own bed!

I have a few new followers
but some of you I cannot find
so please please if you are a follower
and I am not following you
 let me know

♥♥♥
Wishing you all a healthy, happy weekend
full of
 sunshine, smiles and lovely things

Well flippity flippity flip
I had just finished this post
 when the rain poured down
and wouldn't you know it
my car window is open!!
Wonder could I dry it
with the hairdryer?

Glad to hear you had such a lovely holiday -- and your top is gorgeous!!! Hope you got that washing in off the line before the skies opened (again!) -- and I feel for you with the water coming in the open car window. I've done that one a few times myself!

Nice vacations ! I am sure that you rested !It's 9 o'clock in the evening. I think for the first time I made it. I believe that Ι have complied, if not please let me know. It took me two hours to leave messages to participants and I think their posts are really wonderful. It is much more gratifying to see these posts from being washing and ironing clothes! But I have to do it now and is very hot! Thank you for your hospitality!

I think your rose is beautiful. Your weather looks spectacular.
Sunflowers for 2.99-fantastic. Love your walk by the lake.
You are a lucky lady to have that in your backyard. I would
sit by the lake all day and take pictures.

Pozdrawiam cieplutko.
You were in a beautiful place. Wonderful is the view from the benches on which sit your husband. Well, you had nice weather. A stroll by the lake was also very successful. I know that it is best to sleep in my own bed, but I always regret the holidays end. Yours warm.

Hope the sun comes back soon - for both of us!!!

Looks like you had a lovely holiday; shame we've suddenly got summer here at last just as the nights are starting to draw in - hey-ho!!

Thank you for thinking up the Green Day dinky linky, I can't stop thinking about what to post next :-D

Hi Magical Mystical Teacher,
it isn't sunburn
but is what most men in Ireland have-
a tan on their neck and face from working outdoors
whereas the rest of the body never sees the light of day
as it is always cold and wet!!!

Thank you

Thanks for stopping by to check on me....we were off visiting our son's family last weekend...then I've been engrossed in Nora Roberts' Gallagher series for the 3rd or 4th time. It takes place in your lovely country.....started on a cross stitch which Denise sent to me at Christmas and am hooked on that at the moment so haven't been blogging.....I have the laundry yet to do from our trip and much produce to catch up with....I'm ready for the Autumn season to begin...

Wonderful! I'm glad you enjoyed your vacation, and I just love that new top of yours! We've had a very hot day today (28,5C - can you believe it??) but then it started raining and thundering. Now it's a little cloudy but still nice and warm.

Tomorrow I'm back to work again, but that's okay. I've had a good vacation. :)

Yes, holidays are super, but it's always good to be home, especially in your own bed. Hopefully your batteries have been recharged, all ready to go again!!

I am sooo behind but sooo blessed it can't all be done anyway. So glad to receive your comment. I am so behind my visiting and wish I could clone myself to keep up!

Have a great week and I hope the sun will sun for you!
