I was never a great lover of the colour red but lately it seems to be creeping little by little into my kitchen.
Here are some of my red buys!
I bought this little lady when on holiday last month.
I think she is cute and she also holds my tea towels, so at least I always know where to get one!
These little mice were given to me as a present,
they go on top of a wine bottle,
hmmm wine bottles don't last too long in this house!!
This little couple are my salt and pepper set!
I bought this in the new Cath Kidson shop.
I love a tea cosy over a pot of tea to keep it piping hot!
Pinnochio from Italy
looks down at me while I'm cooking!
Oven gloves, a gift from my daughter.
Another tea cosy, but this time a chicken!
An egg house, which is empty
guess I need to go shopping for eggs!

Oh-Oh...don't look now but Red is coming.....LOL
Hi. You have some very cute things there in your kitchen! My favourite are the little mice holding the heart! Wine disappears pretty quickly in this house as well. Hee Hee!!
OH, I love red and have quite a bit in my kitchen! I love your chicken over mitt and the tea cozy is so cute!
Thank you so much for coming to my party and I do hope you'll come back again for a visit.
You are a sweetie,
Shelia ;)
Snap! I was going to do 'Rednesday' today but I can't download the photos to my laptop - I've misplaced the cable. Maybe next week. I have loads of red things and photos - it's my favourite colour.
These things are so cute. Love the red too! Nothing warmer than a country kitchen.
See, red just kind of grows on you, doesn't it? :-)
WELCOME, RED FRIENDS!
Come in, my dear friends, and be seated, please—
Oh, all of you reds are such a big tease!
Scarlet, you creep over cheeks in a blush;
Crimson, you’re always in such a big rush!
Cherry, you’re tasty and pleasant to see;
Carmine, you utterly satisfy me!
So come in, my friends, and be seated, please—
Of all the colors, I’d rather have these!

What an ineresting variety of reds. I do belive you find plenty for REDnesday.
Came by to see the birds, but enjoyed meeting all your little friends. I do love red too - will have to join in at Rednesday again - it's always fun too.
For someone who doesn't care too much for red you have some lovely touches of it in your kitchen. I love your egg house. So rustic looking.
Oh so cute! I think I would love to meet all your little friends and take them out to play!
Hugs~
Lovely collection! I like the wine bottle top:-)
I think you do have some red going on in your kitchen! You have some very cute red things like the tea cozy and the little tea towel lady. Have a great week.
