Well the sun is out (for a change) and everyone and everything looks brighter and happier.
Lots to do and yet I'm finding it hard to motivate myself.
Really just want to sit in the garden with my book and laze but suppose I better get a move on!

I bought some Gladoli yesterday for €3 in Aldi, popped them into a vase with some lemons that cost 39c and I think that they look really pretty.
The packet of nasturtiums that I threw into the big blue pot have certainly made an impression.
There are so many jobs awaiting my attention, ironing, washing, weeding, tidying, changing of bed linen..........
So much domestic drudgery to face!!!
But before I even think about jobs I am going to sit down with a nice glass of fresh orange juice and then decide what to tackle!

I love the glads in the vase with the lemons. The nasturtiums in the blue pot really are pretty. Take some time this weekend to sit in your garden with a book!

Yes, a book and a garden sound like a win-win combination. I wish I had one (garden, I mean!)
€3 for these gorgeous flowers!? It's a steal!
Love the potted ones, too!
I love your gladoli's that you have with lemons in the vase. What a wonderful clever idea.
Your nasturiums have turned out so very lovely. Im sure the rest of your garden is as lovely. I wouldnt want to get up and do anything either. The glass of fresh juice sounds yummy!
Awaiting on my first cup of coffee this morning and getting ready for a full day of work.
Many blessings
Mum used to always have nasturtiums in her garden - such lovely showy flowers. I love your use of lemons in the vase - very creative.
Love your beautiful flowers...
