welcome weekend....

and nice to see you once again....

weather in my little corner of the world is a bit confused
and doesn't seem to know what to do

the sun was in and and then it was out
in and out
out and in
but mostly in...

but when it did shine it was such a welcome surprise

I enjoyed some lovely walks when the raindrops took a rest

and everything is certainly green and beautiful here

it all looks so

 f r e s h

but because of the rainfall
my washing basket is getting bigger and bigger
and bigger and bigger

it will be Christmas by the time I clear it all....

I ♥  Friday

the end of the working week
no early mornings for two days
time for relaxing with family,
lazy daisy days (well except for the laundry)!

H e a v e n

time to go now
time to pour a little glass of something nice
and time to snuggle up and relax!

Wishing you a wonderful happy weekend
full of sunshine and smiles

Hi Fiona, Happy Friday to you! Your photos are lovely, wish we had just as bright weather here in Dublin, it's been poring for a few days...but the drops were kind enough to stay away while I was walking to my house with the groceries [phew]...now it's time to put the feet up and chillax big time! Have a lovely Weekend!

The sun has been shining here today with a lovely breeze blowing. Your photos show some very nice places to walk, so many lovely blooms and trees. As for which day I like best, I'll have to think about that..

Hi Fiona, Everything there looks so lush and green from all the rain you've had. I like how you captured the sun through the trees in the first photo.

Nothing brightens up the world like sunshine and rain. The rain is always welcome in my world. And the thunder that accompanies it too!

Really lovely photos! I do like Fridays a lot! Our rain has slowed down. Yesterday and today is all sunshine. Hope you have a wonderful weekend!

Beautiful scenery...my laundry grows exponentially, too. They're havin' kids in there.

Hi Fiona. I love how lush and green everything looks over there, just as I always imagine Ireland to be. As for favorite days, now that I've retired I sometimes don't even know what day it is, they all run together, and picking up speed as they do! Monday always feels nice - settling back into routine after a busy weekend.

We could use a bit of your rain here. It's getting quite dry. I work a full time job Mon-Fri, so Saturday and Sunday are my favorite days of the week. It's the only time I can really relax.

It really is lovely when we get to see the sun after days of rain and dull skies...and we truly appreciate the beauty so much more. Lush, green and fresh is what your photographs make me feel....here is to sunny days -- whether they are in the sky or in our hearts. xo

I love a friday when I am finished work and have two lovely free days ahead of me.
The weather has been pretty awful here - sun is shining tonight though, here's hoping it's better tomorrow.
You got some lovely pictures here - that grass is soooo green. At least the rain is useful for something :))
Have a good week.

That photo of the tree is gorgeous. I live in Arizona, so we don't have a ton of green right now. So, it's nice to see some green in any form.
